Welcome

Greetings from the staff and members of East Woods Presbyterian Church. We are a loving and Spirit filled congregation of believers called to serve Jesus Christ in East Clark County.

We are also a fairly new congregation, having chartered as a member of the Presbytery of the Cascades in the Presbyterian Church (USA) on June 11, 2000.

As a church community we are committed to sharing the love of God with all who enter our doors. We are committed to families of all definitions and sizes.

We seek to serve the needs of the younger, as well as the older members of our community, while always keeping before us God’s calling to service found in the Christian Scriptures.

Worship Schedule

We meet for worship every Sunday morning at 8:45 and 10:30AM

First Worship Service:

8:45 - 9:45 AM: Worship Service
9:45 - 10:15 Fellowship, coffee, and refreshments

Second Worship Service:

10:30 - 11:45 AM Worship Service

Children are encouraged to join us for the first part of worship and then are dismissed for our education program.

11:00 – 11:45 AM: Children’s Sunday School
11:45 – 12:15: Fellowship, Coffee, and Refreshments

Childcare for children 3 and under is available downstairs, near the kitchen from 10:15 – 11:45 AM each Sunday morning.

Communion is served on the first Sunday of every month. On this day there is a Children’s Worship Program downstairs after the children’s sermon.

We believe an important part of Christian Education is sharing worship and coming to the Lord’s table together as a family. The children return to worship to share Communion with their families.
