The East Woods Youth Ministry provides a variety of opportunities for middle and high school students to learn and grow in their faith and knowledge of God, build meaningful and lasting relationships with peers and adults, and participate in service projects that transform our community and our world.
Our regular schedule includes:
Wednesday Night Youth Group 7:00-8:30 PM at East Woods A great night of building friendships, growing in faith, studying the Bible together, playing games, singing songs, and talking about life in small groups. Students from 6th Grade – 12th Grade welcome.
Wednesday Night Young Adults 7:00–9:00 PM at East Woods A casual gathering of young adults to grow in faith, sing songs, play games, study the Bible, discuss life and difficult questions, and build lasting friendships.
Youth Sunday School 10:30 AM in the Youth Room A chance to dig more deeply into the themes and passages of the Bible as we work on understanding and applying God's word to our lives.
Youth Commission and Adult Volunteers The Youth Commission meets monthly to evaluate Youth Ministry, plan upcoming events, pray together, and encourage one another. We are always in need of caring adult volunteers who are interested in helping on Wednesday nights with games, greeting students, growing relationships, organizing and helping facilitate events, serving as drivers and event supervisors, and praying for students and families.
